Hi, what a pleasure to have you here! I’m a marketing and communications professional with a wide range of experience in activities from strategy to operations, serving various stakeholders. I have an unique experience of applying my professional expertise in highly regulated industries and complex topics like biopharma and high tech. In my current role, I collaborate closely with customers to ensure smooth and efficient SaaS product adoption, and to enhance customer value, satisfaction, and retention through sparring and consulting. I have an MBA in Sustainable Marketing and a BBA in Marketing and Sales, as well as a broad background in customer service, which provides a strong foundation for my customer-focused mindset. My strengths are let’s start now -attitude, solution orientation, organizing skills, communication, rapid learning, positivity, and teamwork.
