My role involves leading product complaint investigations, monitoring facility temperature conditions, and maintaining meticulous site documentation control and records retention. I oversee and sign off on essential QA records, such as certificates of destruction, calibration records, and sanitation documentation. With over six years of experience in operations management, I am also passionate about optimizing the workflow, quality, and efficiency of warehouse operations. As an Inbound Associate Manager at SSENSE, a global fashion platform, I had led a team of coordinators warehouse clerks to ensure the timely and accurate processing of incoming merchandise. As an associate manager, I supervised the daily workflow, monitor and direct the staff, and troubleshoot any issues that arose. I also collaborated with other managers and departments to plan and execute the inbound strategy, aligning with the company's goals and standards. Some of my achievements include developing and delivering training programs for new and existing employees, and improving client satisfaction for internal and external clients.
