About Roque Techera

I served in the service industry for several successful corporations as a team lead or trainer (McDonalds for 2 years, Chick Fil-A for nine months). There I learned about working in a fast paced environment and organization in stressful situations while keeping customer service in mind. In July 2020 I worked under The Home Depot for almost 2 years in the customer service and order management department, where safety was top priority along with ensuring every customer's valuable experience. Here I became forklift and reach truck certified and became very well acquainted with pallets and managing large retention spaces for orders. In March 2022 worked under Local Table as a server for a brief two months and quickly garnered the quick yet valuable service that a server is supposed to provide. In June of 2022, I was offered my greatest opportunity yet, to be a paralegal for Burritt Adjei PLLC. I currently work the firm, drafting correspondence and demands, assisting with the filing/service of litigation documents, and maintaining clients' needs as a top priority in the personal injury field.
