I am a Financial Consultant and Senior Equity Analyst with 17 years of international experience in financial services, spanning Big Four audit and corporate finance, FP & A, consulting and equity research for global leaders, including Rio Tinto and Edison Investment Research. My deep knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and valuation processes is complemented by the proven ability to identify and assess qualitative drivers, from macroeconomic and sector trends to operational efficiency and the quality of management teams. A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Master’s in Commerce, since moving to Luxembourg I have become a Chartered Secretary and joined the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs. This means I can offer a very wide range of consultancy and non-executive services from risk management and corporate governance to audit, investment research and M&A advisory for both locally based firms and international players from Australasia, North America, the UK and across the EMEA region.
