I provide consulting services to the Geothermal sector where I apply my skills and experience in geomechanics, fractured reservoirs, deep well drilling & stimulation, exploration management, and stakeholder engagement. A trusted Geoscience & Business Manager with over 20 years in the Energy Industry. I have a track record of using innovation and new concept implementation to deliver value and process improvement across a range of major capital projects including Deepwater HPHT Exploration, Unconventional resource exploration and development, and Oil Sands production optimization. I combine analytical strength with a holistic project and commercial viewpoint. This enables me to develop strategies and plans to address the key risks and uncertainties that influence subsurface, stakeholder, commercial, HSE and operational issues. I foster creative solutions to challenging problems by quickly identifying key multi-disciplinary and cross-functional collaborative opportunities. As a hands-on Project Manager I'm experienced with using many project framing and management tools to mitigate risk on large and complex projects. A proven people manager skilled at creating buy-in to build cohesive project teams and gain trust for capital allocation at boardroom level. I take pride in being a safety leader with experience operating high up the Emergency Response chain of command.
