About Rory Hehir

Rory Hehir has over 14 years’ experience in the delivery of capital infrastructure projects in Ireland. His roles in the industry range from working within Design teams delivering Contract Designs and Technical Documents right through to site supervision as a Senior Resident Engineer,ensuring construction is in compliance with agreed codes of practices. Rory’s field experience includes conducting site surveys for proposed works, planning of Taking in Charge of Group Water Schemes projects and supervising the Site Investigation and Construction stages of major Water Supply and Wastewater Collection projects. This has involved ensuring QA and HSQE requirements are met during the construction phase of Projects. During this time Rory has picked up valuable experience in liaising and building working relationships with contractors, Local Authorities and the public to deliver these projects efficiently and to high standards. Rory’s roles within design teams include the design and detailing of water and wastewater Pipelines, Service Connections and junction details, undertaking condition assessments of existing infrastructure and preparation of contract documents and drawings.
