About Rory Johnson

After leaving school I completed a 6 month intense IT apprenticeship, covering both software and hardware troubleshooting, gaining qualifications from Microsoft and CompTia. After completing the course I worked in a call centre on behalf of British Gas for 2 years, gaining experience and qualifications in customer service. Following that, I worked in Quality Assurance for a protective coatings company, where I learned coating inspection and gained NACE coating inspector qualifications. I have since started working for Amplitude Clinical Services as Technical and Customer Support, where I helped with any customer issues and provided technical support where possible. After 5 months at Amplitude, I was moved to the development team where I have been learning software development and I was providing second line support for any customer support issues. I have now completed my degree in Software Engineering and am contributing to the development work carried out on our application.
