About Rory Rieger
Began my career journey working in a halfway house for men in 2010 and then in 2011 in a long term residential substance use program. In 2013 collaborated in developing a reintegration program connecting inmates to SUD treatment in and outside a county prison. Managed an Outpatient clinic from 2014-2019 where I supervised 3 full time and 3 part time counselors and developed program curriculum. In late 2019 took a new role in Directing a outpatient program in the Bay area. Was promoted to overseeing all Behavioral Health Services in 2021 as the Behavioral Health Services manager for the organization. I believe in person centered and trauma informed care which addresses the whole individual.
