I have spent years building my career in the financial industry, combining strategy, technology, and business expertise through my experiences in both consultancy and investment banking. Since 2011, I have held executive roles at BBVA, currently leading the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Analytics teams across geographies, while driving innovation through my strategic role 'in Analytics Transformation for CIB. Prior to this role, I was responsible for BBVA’s CIB Data Strategy & Portfolio Management, focusing on enabling data-driven decision-making, fostering AI Transformation, and ensuring alignment across geographies and specialized teams. During this time, I also led the adoption of Generative AI within the organization. My career also includes leadership roles in Global Transaction Banking at BBVA, as well as professional experiences at PwC, IBM, Banco Santander Investment, and Orange. I am deeply passionate about people and believe in empowering my teams to thrive in high-performance environments. My collaborative leadership style fosters trust and enthusiasm, creating a positive atmosphere where colleagues feel inspired and valued. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, hiking in the Pyrenees, and spending time with my family, including my four young adult children, of whom I am incredibly proud.
