Background
About Rosa Herrera
My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments. My Most recently, I worked on Call center, as an Account Resolution Representative my duties were: • I recieved a Recon (acct Reconciliation Reports) reports ones a week with more of accounts I will distribute accounts to all of us on our individual spreadsheets. • The accounts on the Recon reports have an inconsistency in the amount of money that’s showing in the hospital system (EPIC), and the amount in our system (FACS). We check both systems to find why there is a difference in the balances and then post the necessary payments and adjustments in FACS to make the balances match. • We are basically looking for money. At the end of the day the balances have to match. • my goal was to balances 350 accts dailey In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills, work under pressure and to be a well organized individual during my past employments
