As a consultant, I bring more than 10-years of experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on the modern workplace and more recently on security, compliance, and records management. I have worked with various clients in size, industries, and geographies, and this has given me the experience and insights to develop solid solutions that meet business needs. With my background in business analysis, I am naturally curious and asks lots of questions. I am genuinely interested in the unique challenges and business problems that my clients face and am dedicated to creating solutions that will help solve those problems. Listening before recommending has always been my primary approach. I believe it is my responsibility as a consultant to do the heavy lifting, understand the technology, synthesize the vast information available, and present and explain that knowledge to my audience in an understandable way. Something that is increasingly challenging in the ever-evolving landscape of technology. This helps take my clients through a journey that is clear and logical and supports them in making effective decisions in their technology and information management initiatives. My current focus is to build in compliance-by-design in all of my engagements, whether my clients are implementing communication, productivity, or collaboration initiatives, that information governance is prioritized and woven into the solutions.
