Highly self-motivated Associate Director for design and sustainability specialist, with over 30 years of proven track record in design management within the construction industry with international experience across Europe. Strong background in design, construction and delivery of complex commercial, residential, mixed-use, retail and life sciences and education projects, from 100M-500M. I have a deep understanding of the development process, from planning through design and construction to handover, operations and interfaces with facilities management. I lead all aspects of design throughout the full project life, supporting all key team members and the wider consultant teams to ensure all design inputs are concluded in an accurate and timely manner. Wide experience as sustainability specialist as well as on BREEAM, LEED and WELL certifications since 2008. Master in Business Administration that provides a wide perspective of the business and understanding of the industry to reduce risk to the business and clients. I also have the capabilities to act as core Principal Designer coordinator to ensure the compliance with CDM 2015 regulations as part of the wider design team. Currently working at Natural History Museum Unlocked, where I lead a team of design managers and technical support staff. Responsibilities include Client liaison, manage the CMT compliance processes, setup the IMS processes, liaison with BCO, ensure the information istechnically complete and up to standard and compliant with the building regs.
