About Rosa Mankonen

Bachelor of hospitality management specialized in leadership with passion towards leadership that motivates and inspires employees. I am also interested in creating an excellent customer experience and designing the customer journey. Customer experience and leading the employees towards the common goals hold a crucial role in the hospitality industry where experiences create a significant value to customers. I want to contribute into improving these crucial customer experiences, and I am also highly interested in team leading, sales and marketing. My areas of knowledge consist of leadership, human resource management, talent management, customer experience, sales and services, marketing, revenue management, korean language and cultural knowledge of Asian cultures. I have also studied courses regarding the aviation industry and cargo. I have graduated from Haaga Helia University of Applied sciences in December 2022.
