About Rosa Perrotti

As a Marketing and Finance major with a passion for both strategy and creativity, I’ve made the most of my college experience by immersing myself in hands-on learning and leadership. Alongside my academic journey, I’ve proudly competed on my college's archery team, demonstrating discipline, focus, and teamwork. Throughout college, I’ve interned with three diverse companies, gaining valuable experience in database marketing, financial banking, and corporate brand strategy. One highlight was the opportunity to explore Disney’s marketing operations and connect with professionals across the company, an experience that deepened my understanding of brand storytelling on a global scale. Leadership has played a central role in my life. I’ve served as an archery coach, organized and led regional and state-level 4-H events, and represented Shooting Sports and Wildlife on a national platform. These roles have strengthened my skills in event coordination, public speaking, and youth mentorship. I’m driven, curious, and always excited to take on new challenges, especially those that blend creativity, analytics, and community engagement.
