Specifically, oversee the development of the provider workforce and ensure the workforce development processes are aligned with policies. Support our providers on workforce training and competency requirements to continuously improve the quality of care for members. Previously the Blind and Visually Impaired Unit at the State of Arizona Vocational Rehabilitation, my role hinges on effective workflow management and the power of mentoring. With a Master of Arts from the University of San Francisco. Fluent in Spanish and English, my communication skills are pivotal in fostering understanding and navigating diverse cultural landscapes.
