As a Business Developer at Aldelia, I identify and develop relationships with potential and existing clients in the outsourcing HR services industry, collaborating with sales, recruitment, legal, operations, and financial teams to create and execute contract-winning proposals and ensure client satisfaction. I also explore opportunities to submit requests for proposals (RFPs) and create strategic alliances with similar but non-competing businesses. With a background in Law and a current pursuit of a Master of Development Administration degree with a focus on Project Management, I have the skills and knowledge to handle various tasks and challenges on a daily basis, using a creative and analytical approach to problem solving. I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated person, who adapts to all situations and is always eager to learn new skills and contribute to the success of the company. My goal is to leverage my HR and law expertise, project management skills, and client relationship abilities to deliver high-quality and sustainable solutions for Aldelia and its partners.
