A graduate from Centennial College and experienced Collections Officer and Taxpayer Accounts officer with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Accountability, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing. Strong accounting professional with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Post Graduate Degree focused in Global Business Management from Centennial College School of Business. In my early years in the Government industry, I started my career as a records officer. This built my experience with dealing with customers both internal and external, I developed good oral skills for dealing with customers and cooperating with colleagues. Base on my growth, I made my way to Collections officer and finally to Taxpayer Accounts Officer. In this role I had to deal with over 500+ taxpayer, correcting and advising on various tax returns errors and also the correction of those errors. These roles made me more rounded in dealing with clients, from phone calls to emails on a daily basis. I am very rounded and like assisting people, with this approach I was placed in charge of social activities for my department, with this role I had to organized yearly activities which range from sporting, Christmas parties, and funding-raising activities. I was also placed in charge of the department financials, including keeping the books up-to-date and balancing in between spending and available cash. I have a passion for helping and giving advice to people.
