With a Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, my expertise includes strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and risk compliance. I have consistently delivered significant cost reductions (up to 20%) while ensuring exceptional quality and regulatory compliance. My experience includes collaborating with global brands such as Woolworths, KitchenAid, and Le Creuset for special promotions, as well as partnering with local organic growers and millers to support sustainable agriculture in Australia. As a restaurant owner and executive chef, I managed end-to-end supply chains, championed locally sourced ingredients, and received industry recognition, including a placement in Delicious's Top 100 Restaurants in Victoria. My innovative projects, such as the Beast-Master initiative with chefs Colin Fasnidge and Adrian Richardson and creating custom products with local artisan producers, reflect my commitment to sustainability and supply chain excellence.
