About Rose Arnold

With a Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and more than three years of experience in the human services field, I am an Employment Coach at Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners, a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive services to individuals and families in need. I specialize in assisting clients who face various barriers to employment, such as mental health challenges, disabilities, homelessness, or poverty, in finding meaningful and sustainable work opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and goals. I use a holistic and empathetic approach that combines assessment, advocacy, guidance, and support to help them overcome obstacles and enhance their quality of life. I have a passion for empowering people to unlock their full potential and achieve their career aspirations. I have successfully coached and placed multiple clients in various industries, such as retail, hospitality, health care, and education, and helped them improve their job retention and satisfaction rates. I have also partnered with employers, community agencies, and educational institutions to create and facilitate workshops, trainings, and events that promote employment readiness, diversity, and inclusion. As an Employment Coach, I leverage my job coaching expertise, mental health knowledge, and social work skills to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients and the community. I am always eager to learn new ways to improve my practice and to collaborate with other professionals who share my vision and values.
