I oversee all day to day Operations Management for S&A, as well as, its subsidiaries. I am also the administrative arm of the Company and provides direct oversight in the areas of client services, facilities management and training. Reporting directly to Mr. Siemienowski, in this role and is also responsible for tracking revenue producing projects for the Company and its numerous investment properties. I coordinate relations with a multi-state network of lenders, property managers and vendors. I started at S&A in 2009 as a part time office staff position and quickly elevated into to a full time Income Property Assistant and from there I was promoted to the Office Manager position. As Office Manager, I was able to identify, refine and implement professional order in business practices that have led to direct improvements in the areas of company administration, communications and facilities management.
