About Rose Bircham

I’ve worked in the design, advertising and marketing industry for over 25 years for some of the leading agencies. I’ve got a creative eye and impeccable attention to detail. I have a strong skill set, I’m super efficient and can see a job from visuals through to delivery. This includes design, retouching, typography, technical artworks, cutter guides, brand guidelines and ensuring files are set up to spec for print and digital. I also spent a few years managing studios which involved being the brand guardian for my clients. I understand the importance of communication, deadlines, budgets and project management. I’m passionate about sustainability, the environment and the circular economy and this is one of the factors for setting up Change Design. I would love to work on more projects that bring about positive change in the world and align my work with the values I believe in – be it socially, environmentally or culturally.
