As a Collections and Client Services Manager in the finance industry, I bring a strong track record of combining effective debt collections strategies with a customer service approach. My expertise in managing and reducing arrears, while minimising risk, has consistently driven positive financial outcomes for my team and organisation that I represent, and clients. After 25 years in collections, I still get great satisfaction when payments come in and debtor numbers are reduced. I pride myself on my outstanding customer service skills, which have been frequently acknowledged by clients and peers. By fostering positive relationships, I am able to recover debts efficiently whilst also maintaining strong and enduring creditor debtor relationships driving client satisfaction and repeat business.
