I’m a Business Analyst with over nine years of experience working across a range of projects, including four years in a dedicated BA role. My background in QA and UAT gives me a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle - from gathering requirements through to testing and implementation. I have been involved in the full development cycle for a large number of projects, from initial concepts through to knowledge transfer to the end user. I work confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and internationally, to gather clear, actionable requirements. I enjoy being the link between business and technical teams - collaborating with developers throughout delivery and supporting QA and UAT to ensure successful outcomes. I have in-depth experience of projects in the Energy, inventory management and membership sectors.
