About Rose Dony

Brand Strategist & Trend Forecaster with over five years in the Hospitality and Wellness industries, I shaped my eye growing up between France and Italy, a dual culture that nurtured my passion for artisanal excellence and its timeless role in shaping guest experience. In 2021, I founded Atelier Pousse, a trend and foresight consultancy dedicated to hospitality, contributing to the vision of players such as Depur Expériences, Club Med, Publicis Luxe, Accor and Airbnb. Building on these collaborations, I developed curated studies that help brands distinguish which trends can truly transform their offer, positioning and image - and adapt them to their own reality. I accompany entrepreneurs, hotels, restaurants, consultancy firms and workplaces in capturing their essence, curating relevant signals, and translating them into concrete experiences: a new concept, an offer, an editorial voice, partnerships with artisans, content creation, etc. For each project, my method is the same: obsessive trend watching, culture of detail, and human-centered approach. I operate at the crossroads of branding, sociology and journalism.
