She then refined her guest service skills at The Breakers Palm Beach, a Five-Diamond resort, where she worked in guest relations and concierge. There, she mastered the art of personalized service, attention to detail, and the polished poise that defines luxury hospitality. Currently, Rose serves as the Event Coordinator for Historic Cocoa Village Main Street, where she oversees large-scale community events such as the Village’s renowned Art & Craft Fairs, themed "Sip & Shop" evenings, and even a holiday boat parade. Her ability to manage logistics and engage communities has made her an integral part of the town’s cultural life. For the past four years, Rose has also worked with freelance as a day-of wedding coordinator, helping couples enjoy their big day stress-free by managing vendors, timelines, and all the behind-the-scenes logistics.
