I am a Certified Life Coach with 15+ years of experience in HR and crisis management, specializing in grief coaching, employee wellness, and leadership development. My career has been defined by navigating complex challenges and creating impactful solutions. Highlights of my achievements include: • Supported 20+ African countries by leading COVID-19 psychosocial support initiatives for employees across diverse teams. • Successfully managed the response to a terrorist attack in Nairobi, providing crisis support to employees after the loss of six colleagues. • Built a community of followers for the Grief Angels Podcast and social platforms, offering innovative tools and resources such as affirmation cards, support groups, and healing programs. • Partnered with organizations to deliver 60+ workshops and training sessions on DEI, employee engagement, and resilience building. Currently, I work at Bolt, driving impactful employee experiences and serving as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion for Africa, where I lead initiatives that foster equity and inclusion across the region. As the founder of Grief Angels Collective, I’m committed to normalizing grief and empowering individuals through advocacy, storytelling, and community-based programs.
