I am a skilled, trained, reliable, and educated professional with over two decades of experience in customer service, parts sales, and inventory management. I have worked in a unique background, starting out on the family farm. My job for many years was raking and baling hay. I was responsible for the daily maintenance required for all the machinery and tractors. My first job off the farm was delivering/picking up Anhydrous tanks and delivering truckloads of seed. During college, I worked as a groundskeeper, on a wheat harvesting crew, and as a librarian. As I worked toward my B.S. in Agriculture, I learned crop scouting at Dekalb and seed harvesting at Asgrow ‘s Corn Breeding Station. I interned for DuPont Agriculture in Research and Development doing field trials. Deciding to go to graduate school I researched "Ground Water Tracers and the Effect on Growing Plants". Then I returned to my first love, working with agriculture equipment dealers. I began in Parts Counter Sales and worked up to Parts Manager. I managed an inventory of nearly including brands like John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Kubota, Landpride, Stihl, and many more. As life changed I started a career as an ASAP certified Phlebotomist in the medical field but for several years during this time, I kept my hands in the outdoor power world working in sales and parts sales. Deciding hospital work was not the best place for me, I took a job with Stratas Foods as a Shipping Clerk. I also worked at Lowe's on the weekends to improve my Customer Service Skills. I then moved into the position of Receiving Clerk for Knapheide Manufacturing. There I increased my Inventory Management Skills and Quality Inspection Skills. I then moved into the role of an Application Engineer at Knapheide.
