My story began on a farm in North East Victoria, where my grandmother lived in a prefab home beside the main house. Growing up in that environment sparked my appreciation for sustainable living, intergenerational connection, and the ingenuity of well-designed spaces. Those early experiences continue to inspire my passion for the housing industry and modern methods of construction—where biophillic design, technology, and purpose come together to create meaningful impact. I began my career in hospitality under the mentorship of the renowned Peter Rowland, where I learned the art of creativity, teamwork, and delivering memorable experiences through thoughtful design and presentation. That foundation in service and aesthetics continues to shape how I lead today—with empathy, imagination, and a focus on creating environments that inspire and perform.
