About Rose Kelly

I am currently seeking employment in data analytics, project management, or training. Most of my experience is with data analytics and project management. In my current position, I oversee the data department for a non-profit working to address the issue of homelessness in the state of CT. I manage deliverables, develop and manage projects, provide detailed documentation and meet reporting requirements. I work with partner organizations including the CT Department of Housing and the CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to make data driven decisions to improve services and allocate funding sources. I oversee 2 data analysts working with a statewide database for program monitoring and improvement. In my role with Harvard Vanguard I worked with physicians and nurses providing them data for their chronic care patients. I monitored their scheduled visits, lab results, and follow up plans to improve health outcomes. I worked on KPIs to show improvement in outcomes as well as regular reporting to the Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer. Data and training were provided regularly to internal and external collaborative partners.
