About Rose Khalil

Passionate hotelier and business development professional with a strong background in both hotel sales and operations, offering a well rounded perspective on the luxury hospitality industry. I hold a double degree in International Business Strategy and Marketing & Branding from Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge. I began my career in 2019 as a trainee at Accor in the United Arab Emirates, gaining hands on experience across all hotel departments. This comprehensive foundation inspired my focus on Sales & Marketing within Accor’s prestigious luxury brands, including Sofitel, Raffles and Fairmont. Throughout my career, I have led the Corporate Segment, managing global portfolios and building lasting client relationships by combining industry expertise with cultural insight. In 2024, I embraced a new chapter by relocating to Romania ( my second home ) and joining Accor PMI Group. Currently, as Business Development Manager for the ENA region, I work across all Accor brands including Novotel, Pullman, Mercure, and more. I actively represent the group at roadshows and maintain a strong presence in key markets. With a focus on digitalization, I continuously explore innovative ways to enhance brand visibility, engage clients, and bring new opportunities to the hotels.
