Rose is the Senior Coordinator, Paraprofessional Services - Specialized Business, working with law clerks and paralegals nationally to support Financial Services, Tax and Commercial Real Estate Groups, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Along side her Senior Coordinator role, Rose continues to provide law clerk support within the Private Client Group, by assisting executors and trustees fulfill their responsibilities and duties. Her primary responsibilities include supporting lawyers on a variety of administration and litigation files, and administering and managing estates and trusts from their creation through to wind up. She also provides day-to-day support to attorneys under continuing powers of attorney and court ordered guardians of property who are administering the property of mentally incapable persons. Specialties: Preparing applications to probate wills, including resealing foreign grants of authority; Preparing estate and trust accounts in court format and related applications; Preparing court documents for passing of accounts; Reviewing accounts for contested passing of accounts; Supporting estate litigators on contentious passing of accounts and other litigation matters; Ensuring that executors and trustees comply with tax filing and withholding rules on distributions to foreign beneficiaries.
