Experienced Credit and Collections Professional with 15+ years of expertise managing complex accounts and driving financial efficiency. My career is defined by a dedication to operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative solutions to streamline processes. I currently work at RWC, where I have the privilege of serving as a volunteer team member on our safety team in Atlanta. Collaborating with an incredible group of colleagues has allowed me to evolve and deepen my passion for safety, both in the workplace and in my community. With a combination of critical thinking skills honed through my accounting experience and working in various industries—including manufacturing and distribution—I strive to create solutions that balance efficiency with a focus on people. My efforts to ensure that our workspace is safe, enjoyable, and productive for staff have been a key factor in evolving my passion for fostering positive environments. Beyond my professional work, I am actively pursuing education under FEMA's Incident Command System (ICS), having completed the ICS 100 abs 200 certifications. I am also a committed member of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in my area.
