I am currently working as the Supervisor in Quality Assurance at one of the nation’s largest class action administrations. I directly supervise 6 people. I started at the company, JND Legal Administration, as a temporary claims processor. I was hired on at the company full time and less than 2 years later, have received 3 promotions. The most recent promotion is to a position that has never been held by anyone at the company, Claims Processing Quality Control Supervisor. My responsibilities include ensuring the department of 35 claims processors complete class action lawsuit claims as accurately and efficiently as possible. My daily tasks include running meetings, training members of the QC team and claims processors, solving processing issues, writing and implementing procedures, and providing flawless communication between departments. Combined with 8 years of customer service experience and a bachelors degree in Business Administration, I am a well-qualified candidate for a role that deals with effective communication, precise and detail oriented work, creating processes, and working as an efficient team member.
