About Rose Schneider

My background entails 20+ years’ enriching experience in treasury and finance. I am educated to Masters Level with the addition of ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business and an AFP certification - CTP with a commitment to ongoing learning and development. I have been involved with a major Romanian company worth over €500m, as Treasury Manager and previously as Head of F&A; within these roles I have been instrumental in innovating new systems and procedures to ensure greater accuracy, efficiency, standardization and consequent profitability. While working with Network One Distribution, I have repeatedly demonstrated the ability to develop innovative solutions, apply effective problem solving skills and manage individual workload effectively in order to multi-task. I have kept ahead of technical advances and am very comfortable with all the necessary software, including SAP and ERP, database management and accounting packages. I have also recently undergone a Adaptive Markets course by MIT and previously one on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies by Harvard to further my professional development. I am inspired most when providing leadership and taking ownership of key projects. I have a genuine passion for achieving and retaining high standards. I continually strive to understand the bigger business picture and utilize excellent communication skills to solve business issues. I greatly enjoy working on my own initiative as well as part of a successful team and demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively. I ensure exceptional attention to detail in everything that I do and I always demand excellence from myself.
