I am passionate about bringing people together to accomplish their goals. Enabling people to do their work without obstacles and ensuring they feel supported is something I thrive and pride myself with. I firmly believe that the most successful people are those that invest in the success of others and there is no better way to do that then by motivating and celebrating the little successes but more importantly is how we get through and learn from our mistakes that elevate us to the next level. Coordinating and leading a diverse group of people fills my cup and presents constant opportunities for growth. Project Management I have found brings together all the things I am passionate about, change management, problem solving, performing analysis, relationship building and working with driven positive people towards a common goal.
