About Rose Trapp

I have just finished my time as Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Trinity Basin Preparatory! I sourced and recruited teachers utilizing as many different job boards as possible, including LinkedIn, iHire, Region 10 & 11, TASBE, and others. I am a College Job Fair pro and have many more coming my way soon, especially in March/April! As the only TAC for TBP, I recruited for all positions, including Manager and Executive level openings. I also co-ran the Trinity Basin Preparatory LinkedIn page with our Marketing department and doubled the number of followers during my tenure My first love in life was music. I was always a member of some form of musical group from the age of 6, which led me to earning my degree in Music Education and becoming a band director for 2 years. As a band director and teacher, I learned the importance of relationships and organizational skills. I kept track of inventory, wrote weekly lesson plans and curriculum, and helped to make students better people, in turn making myself a better person. When my fiancé and I decided to move, I wanted to try something new and was lucky enough to get the position I have today! My current hobbies: Playing board games and video games, specifically Spiritfarer, Unpacking, and Wingspan. I've also been reading up a storm these past few months, recently finishing the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas.
