Personal Experience and Goals: Rosealee Bartholomew (nee Hubbard) spent over a decade of combined experience working for a lead international recruitment firm, recruiting for accountancy firms in addition to working within accountancy firms. Over the years Rosealee and her team interviewed a numerous number of candidates from graduates to partner level and placed numerous candidates within their dreams jobs. Through her work experience she has gained a solid understanding of what employers and employees look for and the wins and pitfalls of interviews. Also working for the lead international recruitment firm on training and development all staff underwent extensive training in all areas of recruitment. Prior to this Rosealee was a professional track cyclist, representing Australia for 7 years where she won many national and international events as well as sports awards. Through Rosealee’s sporting experiences and employment she has attended a number of courses through the Australian Institute Of Sport on personal presentation and communication. Rosealee regularly spoke to audiences and the media in public forums and motivational speaking. Through outstanding performance, a passion for the recruitment industry and feedback from directors and candidates alike on her ability to prepare candidates for interview Rosealee decided to launch Elite Pathways. The mission of Elite Pathways is to work in collaboration with clients and candidates to make the recruitment process as seamless as possible. Recruitment- It’s not just a job - it’s a passion!
