I am a Wellness Coach with a focus on the state of mind and overall wellbeing. People are not machines. People should be treated as the wonderful humans they can be if nurtured, not as a commodity. I defend that healthier people are more satisfied and more productive. This is the view that I bring to the table, together with my 2+ years of experience in Marketing advertising and background in Business Administration. I value company cultures that embrace diversity because embracing diversity can help associates reach their full potential and increase retention levels.
