What really sets me apart is my commitment to building meaningful relationships with employees at all levels of an organization As a HRBP/ HR Generalist with 8 years of experience in the non profit sector, I have spearheaded and managed crucial aspects of HR operations from recruiting and talent management to employee relations and compliance. I'm all about enabling organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Recruitment and talent acquisition are my jam! I love hunting for top talent and bringing them onboard. From sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding - I'm on it. When it comes to performance management, I excel at developing and implementing programs that align with business objectives. I am adept at setting KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive 360-degree feedback to employees. As for employee relations, I'm no stranger to complex issues. Whether it's conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, or grievance procedures, I've got the skills to handle it all while keeping a positive and engaging work environment. I'm also a stickler for compliance. I have and constantly strive to stay on top of evolving federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment to shape organisational policies and procedure. I believe that the more challenging the job, the more rewarding it is when it's done. I'm passionate about HR, and I'm dedicated to making a positive impact in the workplace.
