Handling Key accounts - Asian Paints Ltd / Berger Paints Ltd Procter & Gamble / Total Oil / Pidilite Industries • Identify parallel requirement with current infrastructure to generate Sales; work with Sales & Development team together • Production and Raw material planning, ensuring seamless supplies to the customers without hampering the supply and demand collation (In coordination with Purchase Team) • Prepare price list of products by doing product costing & circulate to Sales team every month. • Business development activities – identify prospective customers • Credit Controller – Conducting credit checks on new customers, managing the collection of all payments and debts. Resolving problems in relation to invoice payment and reconciling complex accounts. • Customer Grievance: Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. • Participate in Tenders (both RA – Reverse auction) & Offline by preparing required documents / costing. • MIS – Sales, Collection, Order, Daily Production/Raw Material Procurement.
