About Roseller Alesna

In consecutive 15 years from Ocana Learning Center,Incorporated private school to Tuyom Elementary School public school, I was awarded as Most Outstanding Teacher for best performance in teaching learners to promote their growth of development realistically. Every time there were programs in school my colleagues call my attention to do the trainer for the children dance presentation or either doxology. Otherwise, I became a School Health Coordinator, Assistant Sugbusog Coordinator in connecting to Department of Education program wherein the children learned to train in planting vegetables and other variety of fruitful plants. What they harvest get from the garden,the children or our supportive parents would conduct a simultaneous school feeding to all pupils in school at least 4 times a month. I enjoyed a lot of things mingling children specially they acquired of knowledge,talents,abilities,skills, learning rates and styles that allow every student to participate and to achieve some degrees of success. This current position I am handling more or less 70 learners who joined drum,boggle and lyre association managing,mentoring some techniques how to execute proper guidance on how their trainer taught,so every time our city had different celebration these children will present their nice presentation like dancing,etc.
