Hard-working, good with people, creative and thoughtful, excellent communication skills, determination to succeed, honest with high integrity. I've worked at Churchill Contract Services since 2008 when I joined their Communications team. This successful company was already growing fast and has continued to do so over the last five years to the point now where they are a leading service provider of FM services which include cleaning, security, environmental services, and catering and M&E. With the development of the company, my department has now evolved into being responsible for a much wider role within the Sales team providing a complete bid co-ordinating service to the Business Development team and Directors. Since being promoted to Senior Bid Co-Ordinator in 2011 I have been up-skilled into various support and pro-active roles which are helping to drive Churchill towards achieving its goals within the market place. Skills include communication, creative writing, customer service, appreciation of meeting deadlines and administration, planning and organisation as well as understanding of H&S and Environmental issues facing the industry. In 2016 I moved countries to Fuerteventura (Canary Islands) and was lucky enough to be able to work from home instead of being office based. This has given me greater flexibility and allows a higher degree of productivity for Churchill. Since the Covid-19 outbreak when more and more people are working from home I continue to enjoy the work and challenges we all now face in a new world.
