A driven and energetic Programme and Governance Manager with 20+ Years’ experience working for market leading organisations in shaping and delivering a wide variety of transformation programmes and implementing portfolio governance structures. Highly people orientated, showing high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy to continually deliver against a backdrop of significant people, process, data or IT change projects. How will I deliver this? With an ability to quickly secure trust, enthusiasm and openness within a new or existing team, my focus is on bringing together various skill sets and expertise to ensure that a project is always delivered on time, within budget and to plan. Experienced in supervising multiple projects simultaneously ensuring the change processes run successfully and are embraced by the organisation. Cross-functional resources are co-ordinated and correctly prioritised, issues and risks are identified and managed, vital relationships with internal and external stakeholders are strengthened with appropriate KPI’s and value tracking and reporting implemented. Undertake full Portfolio and Programme Management with the assigning, tracking and management of global budgets and addressing changes in budgetary alignment, focus and prioritisation. Having the capability to understand business requirements conceptually allows me to ask the more explicit questions to realise business needs by delivering an operational framework. This, along with strong interpersonal skills, enables me to offer guidance and solutions within the governance infrastructure to maximise business outcomes within its confines. Deliver change and achieve my objectives while mentoring and training others to ensure that the correct methodology is followed with suitable, agreed programme governance applied and adhered to.
