I enjoy helping others and knowing that I can make a positive impact is the reason why I went into HR. Each day comes with a different challenge that keeps me on my toes which is why I have been in this field for over 9 years. With my work experience and BA in Human Resources management, I have gained many skill sets that have helped me to succeed in my current position as an HR Generalist at Kate Quinn. In my previous role as an HR and Compliance Manager at one of the largest non-profit organizations, I managed a team Human Resources Coordinators who help me to oversee employee compliance items. With my strong organizational skills, I am able to wear many hats in my role that which include managing benefits and leaves, worker's compensation, full-cycle onboarding, and performance management. I am eager to grow in my HR career and gain new skills. I value learning from others and want to help make everyone’s lives easier.
