About Rosevelt Colvin

The uniqueness of my life story is one my wife and I feel truly blessed to have. In high school my goal was attend college so I could earn a degree to someday provide for myself and a family. Upon arrival at Purdue, football began to create another opportunity that never was my main focus. By the end of my junior year, a shot at playing in the NFL was a real possibility. I made it a point to attain my degree before I left in order to take advantage of the scholarship I was given. As a professional athlete, 10 years in the NFL playing for the Bears and Patriots gave me a unique opportunity to begin the next step in my life. I have always looked at my career in the NFL as a stepping stone toward what would come after it was over. As my wife and I look to the future, we hope to continue to provide for our family while achieving success in all the other avenues of life. Currently we own The UPS Store & SweeTies Gourmet Treats, both located in Broad Ripple Village, in Indianapolis Indiana. I also do public speaking as well as work as a football analyst for the Big Ten Network, Boston's SPorts hub 98.5 and Indy's own Wish TV channel 8. Specialties: SweeTies Gourmet treats: Custom cakes, Cake Pops, Cookies, Ice Cream UPS Store: 35 cent color copies, wide format printing, blue prints, shipping, mailbox service
