About Rosey Ecob

A public health professional with 20 years of project management experience managing short and long term health and social development projects in the field of international development; for a range of bilateral and multilateral donors, and international foundations and trusts. As a Senior Management Team member, I am the Operations Manager for the Gender and Social Development Practice at MannionDaniels. We manage a range of contracts working to improve sexual and reproductive health and rights including the abandonment of FGM/C; girls education and menstrual health across Africa and Asia. From 2016 to 2021, I managed the AmplifyChange Fund contract worth €130m from multiple international donors. I had oversight of over 40 funding rounds, processing funding applications, and ensuring 955 grants moved effectively through our grant cycle. More recently, I supported the transition of AmplifyChange to become its own independent organisation. I have managed multiple FCDO (formally DFID) projects across Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, including technical assistance provision through the DFID Health and Health Systems Resource Centre framework contracts.
