About Rosha Ehsan

Rosha Ehsan, is one of the youngest award winning designers holding a senior managerial role in multi-national restaurant group, Gastronomica Middle East. Her educational background entails BA in Interior Design and MSc in Construction Project Management from the UK established Heriot Watt University. Throughout her career and as former Lead Designer (ME) at Creneau International, she has worked on a variety of sectors starting from creative commercial office spaces, premium residential villas to restaurants and hotels. Her portfolio of projects consists of designs for reputable clients such as Rotana Hotels, Marriot International, Arenco, Nakheel, MBT Restaurant Group, and more. She currently not only leads an inhouse design team where F&B designs are born but also assigns strategic design partners for projects in the pipeline. Asides to the creative hat she wears, she assists with the construction of projects within GCC ensuring quality is controlled and brand standards are implemented. Her passion for design continuously takes her to design fairs and events around the world where she takes inspiration from diverse cultures, trends and future forecasts. Her design philosophy is driven by a desire to deliver high end value design considering cost without compromising quality. She chooses beauty, creativity, innovation in line with function. With an exceptional attention to detail, she is both experimental and creative with functionality sitting in front row and an overall solution-oriented approach. She has been featured in the Commercial Interior Design 50 Power list 2021, Nominated as “young designer of the year” in CID for 2 consecutive years & “young talent of the year” in Design Middle East. She was also featured on the cover of commercial interior design magazine as one the of the 6 “Future Leader” and recognized as one of the 10 most promising young talent in the Middle East design industry in their debut to high achievers aged 30 and under.
