Roshan is a Financial Consultant, Core Banking System Implementation and Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist, with a proven track record of over 20 years, worked in major transitions, digitalization and reengineering processes of banks in Sri Lanka, Maldives, Myanmar and Solomon Islands. He started his career as a Junior Executive in the Banking and Finance sector and currently serves as Principal Consultant of Fintechnology Asia Pacific Lanka (Pvt) Limited, a company providing topnotch banking software and IT outsourcing solutions. During his thriving banking career, he has worked across various functional areas such as Branch Banking Operations, Current Accounts, Remittances, Foreign Currency Banking Unit, Cheque Clearing, Treasury, Loans and Advances, Accounting and Finance at managerial and supervisory capacities. His full-fledged banking operations and systems related experience enabled him to lead his teams towards smooth system transitions including core banking and other core financial system set-up and development and successful digitalization initiatives of the respective banks he worked for.
