About Roshan Hari

Current Rehabilitation Psychology student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Intending to attend Physical Therapy school, post graduation, to obtain my DPT. In the fall of 2023, I started working at Encompass Health, A brand new Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in the Madison area. Working as a Rehabilitation Technician has made me comfortable with safe usage of modern therapy equipment such as the: Bioness Vector, Bioness Burt, Saebo Flex, and Interactive Metronome. Proficiency in this equipment is thanks to the wonderful team of therapists at Encompass Health. Working with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists at Encompass Health has shown me what great patient care looks like in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. I am happy to say that Encompass Health is doing a great job at preparing me for my career. In the summer of 2022, I worked at UnitedHealth Group Inc (Optum) as a Software Developer Intern. This internship gave me hands on, industry-level, experience in the software development field. Furthermore, it helped me familiarize myself with the Scrum Framework and how to apply it to designing, developing and maintaining windows, web service based business software applications, systems, components, and database objects using Microsoft.NET technologies.
