With over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, I am a retail specialist with a passion for procurement and merchandising. I have a Bsc degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the International Institute of Fashion Technology, and I am currently working as a Senior Merchandiser & Purchase Manager at The Vanca, a leading online fashion retailer in India. In my current role, I manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, buying, and delivering products that meet the customer's needs and expectations. I work with a team of merchandisers, designers, and suppliers to plan, execute, and monitor the product range, assortment, and inventory. I also negotiate with vendors, analyze market trends, and optimize sales and profitability. I thrive on multitasking and working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where I can apply my problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. My goal is to create a positive and memorable shopping experience for the customers, and to contribute to the growth and success of The Vanca.
